Order Processing & Shipping
At Crowned by Mercedes, every customized wig is carefully sourced, prepared, and styled before shipment.
Order Fulfillment:
Please allow approximately 7–21 business days for your customized order to be prepared and shipped. Many orders are completed within approximately 10–14 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed shipping or delivery dates.
Shipping & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Shipping transit time is additional to the fulfillment timeframe and varies by destination and carrier.
Rush Orders & Expedited Shipping:
Rush preparation and expedited shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@crownedbymercedes.com before placing your order if you have a specific deadline. Expedited shipping does not shorten customization time unless a rush arrangement has been confirmed.
Shipping Delays:
Holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery. Crowned by Mercedes cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.
International Orders:
International shipping times vary. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their destination country.
